HANX Free Product Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Overview

This promotion ("Promotion") is offered by HANX Limited ("HANX", "we", "us") and allows eligible participants to claim a free HANX product from participating Sainsbury's stores.

Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from April 1, 2025 until April 30, 2025 (inclusive), or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.

Eligibility

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2. Employees of HANX, Sainsbury's, their families, and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate

1. Purchase any qualifying HANX product (3 pack Condoms, 10 pack Condoms, or Lubricant) at a participating Sainsbury's Superstore during the Promotion Period.

2. Email a clear photo of your receipt to hello@hanxofficial.com within 14 days of purchase.

3. Include your full name, address, and bank details for reimbursement in your email.

Reimbursement

1. Eligible participants will receive a reimbursement equal to the purchase price of one qualifying HANX product per receipt.

2. Maximum reimbursement value is the retail price of the most expensive qualifying product.

3. Reimbursement will be processed within 28 days of receipt verification.

Limitations

1. Limit of one reimbursement per person, household, and email address.

2. Only purchases made at participating Sainsbury's Superstores are eligible.

3. Products purchased through Sainsbury's online grocery service are not eligible.

4. Receipt must clearly show the purchase of a qualifying HANX product, store location, date, and time of purchase.

General Conditions

1. HANX reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and refuse reimbursement in case of suspected fraud.

2. HANX may amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Personal data will be processed in accordance with HANX's Privacy Policy available at hanxofficial.com/privacy.

4. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

5. This Promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sainsbury's.
