Dear SS,
Were you the one that got away? We toyed with each other on multiple occasions, but the chemistry was undeniable. At the time I wished you were more forthcoming, but I realise we both weren’t ready for anything serious.
I couldn’t help having a soft spot for you, and maybe that’s all it was. Should we have given it more time? I don’t know, but I guess time will tell. And as we drift further and further apart, I realise that this is probably for the best.
