What is thrush?

Thrush is a fungal infection (also known as candidiasis) caused by a type of yeast called… Candida. You saw that one coming, right? It typically causes infections of the mouth, vagina, and occasionally the penis. Vaginal thrush is commonly referred to as a yeast infection and the signs and symptoms to look out for include genital itching, burning, and sometimes a white ""cottage cheese-like"" discharge from the vagina.

What the heck is a pessary?

If you choose a pessary, look out for a small rectangular foil wrapped tablet - that's what you pop in the end of the white pessary applicator stick. Each HANX Fix comes with a clear, straight-up instruction leaflet so you know exactly what you're doing.
